I've taught her well

Yesterday a few of our neighbors were out with their kids... so we dropped our sidewalk chalk to go say hi and meet some new friends.  There were five kids all in all just playing with balls and little kid basketball hoops, and it was just great fun.  One of the other little girls was just a day older than Abelle.

Well, Ayla is just so funny about who she warms up to.  She sat down right next to one of the moms, who was clearly slightly uncomfortable with the closeness, and asked her to draw a duck.  The mom obliged and Ayla was so pleased and continued to invade the obvious personal bubble, which was really not that big of a deal.  Anyway, it came time to leave and Ayla waved and said, "Bye bye (to everyone). Goodbye other mama (to this other mom)"  Then, she actually said, "It was nice meeting you. See ya later"  That was more to me and with a little smirk... but it was so hilarious and so polite.
